Electrics in homes and business deteriorate over a period of time.
Safety checks should be completed every 3-5 years by an experienced electrician qualified to inspect and test installations.
These checks are detailed on an Electrical Installation Condition Report.

This report will give you the peace of mind that the electrics in your property are safe and are compliant with the UK standard of installations which is BS7671 – Requirements for Electrical Regulations (IEE Wiring Regulations)
